I I I Page 4 III. TERMINATION CHARGES AND CONTRACT TERM A. CENTREX Service will be furnished at the same location under the conditions set forth below: 1. Switching Equipment Located on Customer's Premises: Termination Charge first 200 Main Stations Next 300 Main Stations - Per 100 Stations Each Additional 100 Main Stations $42,300.00 17,500.00 10,000.00 2. Switching Equipment Located on Telephone Company Premises: first 200 Main Stations Next 300 Main Stations - Per 100 Stations Each Additional 100 Main Stations 43,200.00 16,000.00 10,500.00 3. The contract term is five years. 4. The termination charges as soecified above will apply when CENTREX service is reduced requiring the removal of CENTREX main station lines. 5. Dormitory stations may have service suspended for the interim between the spring and fall semesters' without incurring ter- mination charges; however, a reconnection charge of $2.25 per station will be made. B. The termination charges will apply for CENTREX service if discon- tinued or transferred to another address before the expiration of the initial contract period. The termination charges shall be reduced by 1/60 for each month the service is retained in service at the same location. C. Cancellation of Contract: Where a contract for CENTREX Service is cancelled after the required equipment and facilities have been purchased by Company, but before service is established, the termination charges will be applied as if the service had actually been established.
