<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />L __ __ _ <br /> <br />f/ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING <br />MAP OF SAN MARCQS, TEXAS, BY CHANG1NG A <br />PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS FROM ITS PRESENT <br />ZONING AS "RI", SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT TO "P2?,EDUCATIONAL; AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />I. That the following described piece of property, <br />located in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which <br />is presently zoned "RI", Single Fami Iy Dwelling <br />D i str i ct, henceforth sha II be zoned "P2", <br />Educational, such re-zoning to be effective as <br />of the date hereof: <br /> <br />A 24 acre tract in the J.M. Veramendi <br />Survey #1 out of a 260.26 acre tract <br />conveyed to John W. Nigliazzo and <br />Charles E. Blake by Walter Feltner and <br />Emma Feltner, August 6, 1964.
