RESOLUTlON I A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF TWO TRACTS OF LAND, HEREIN AFTER DESCRIBED, BY THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, ONE TRACT TO ENRIQUE ESPINOSA AND WIFE, DORA ESPINOSA AND ONE TRACT TO ALFONSO RODRIGUEZ AND WIFE CANDELARIA RODRIGUEZ. 1. "BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Marcos that the City of San Marcos convey, for the consideration and to the persons hereinafter shown, two tracts of land as follows: (a) One tract to be conveyed to Enrique Espinosa and wife, Dora Espinosa, for the sum of $1,000.00 in cash, said tract being portions of Lots No. Eighteen (18) and Twenty-nine (29) of the A.M. Ramsay Subdivision to the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, as per map of said subdivision of record in I Volume 89, page 479, Hays County Deed Records, the exact portions of said lots hereby conveyed being described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at the South corner of said Lot 18, at the intersection of the Northwest line of Mill Street with the Northeast line of Third Street; THENCE with said Northwest line of Mill Street in a North- easterly direction sixty feet to a point in said line for the South and beginning corner of the parcel of land hereby conveyed; THENCE continuing with said Northwest line of Mill Street in a Northeasterly direction sixty feet to a point in said line for the East corner of the parcel of land hereby conveyed; THENCE at right angle to said last call, in a Northwesterly direction and parallel with the Northeast lines of said Lots Nos. 18 and 29, one hundred sixty feet to a point in the Northwest line of said Lot No. 29, for the North corner of the parcel of land hereby conveyed, such point being located sixty feet in a Southwesterly direction for the North corner of said Lot No. 29; I THENCE with said Northwest line of Lot No. 29 in a South- westerly direction sixty feet to a point in said line for the West corner of the parcel of land hereby conveyed; THENCE at right angle to said last call, in a Southeasterly direction and parallel with the Southwest lines of said Lots No. 18 and 29, one hundred sixty feet to the place of beginning. (b) One tract to be conveyed to Alfonso Rodriguez and wife, Candelaria Rodri9uez, for the sum of $2,000.00 in cash,:said tract being portions of Lots No. Eighteen (18), Nineteen (19), Twenty-eight (28) and Twenty-nine (29) of the A.M. Ramsay Subdivision to the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, as per map or plat of said subdivi-
