l' A REsOLunON I DETERMINING THAT THE CAMPUS MASTER PLAN FOR THE EXTENSION AND EXPANSIDN OF SOUTHWEST TEXAS STATE COLLEGE CONFORMS TO THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS; AND ADOPT- ING AND RATIFYING SAID CAMPUS MASTER PLAN AS A PART OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS' GENERAL PLAN FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY AS A WHOLE. WHEREAS, the State of Texas, acting by and through Southwest Texas State College has prepared a master plan for the development of the campus of said College within the City of San Marcos; and WHEREAS, said plan prepared by Harvey P. Smith & Associates, Architects and Planners of San Antonio, Texas, has been approved by the Board of said College; and ' WHEREAS, said master plan has been submitted to this Council for examination and approval; and WHEREAS, the provisions of said campus master plan conformed to the General Plan for the development of the City of San Marcos as a whole; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS: I 1. It is hereby found and determined that the campus master plan for Southwest Texas State College prepared by Harvey P. Smith & Associates, Architects and Planners, consisting of five (5) pages of narrative, a fold-out map depicting the high campus and river campus area and three (3) additional exhibits with narrative is hereby ratified, adopted and approved as being in conformance with the General Plan for the City of San Marcos, Texas, as a whole. 2. A copy of said master plan is on file in the Office of the City Secretary and its terms are incorporated herein by reference.
