The state law (section-104 page 134 <br /> <br />in the TEXAS MOTOR VEHICLE LAW book) just provides for this protection <br /> <br />while operating outside the limits of any incorporated city or town. <br /> <br />I I <br /> <br />It is requested that a city ordinance be draw!: up and passed to reg"G.- <br /> <br />late, and which can be inforced by the city police or any other peace <br /> <br />office!', a' law to provide protection for the school childern while <br /> <br />being loaded or discharged from a school bus.
