WORRELL, <br /> <br />City Secretary <br /> <br />and the following absent: <br /> <br />constituting a quorum, at which time the following, among other pro- <br /> <br />ceedings had, were the following: <br /> <br />Councilman Pool <br />The ordinance was read in full. <br />Councilman Pool <br /> <br />introduced a proposed ordinance. <br /> <br />moved that the rule requiring <br /> <br />ordinances to be read at more than one meeting of the City Council be <br /> <br />suspended. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Korff <br /> <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Craddock, Damon, Pool, Flores, Serur, <br /> <br />Whittenberg, and Korff; <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Pool <br /> <br />moved that the ordinance be passed <br /> <br />finally.
