All of William Goforth Addition from "R" (single-family <br />residential) to "M" (mixed) <br /> <br />O. Part of Lots 8 & 9, Block 4, Mountain City Addition, from <br />"0" (multi -family) to "P2" (educational) <br /> <br />E. Lot #2, C. C.
