<br />Section 3. That the City of San Marcos, Texas, has received <br />fun value and consideration for sa11;1 Warrants Numbers 71 to 109, <br />inclusive. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Section 4. That the excess of $956.38, as shown Oy said claims, <br /> <br />shall be carried forward to the next exchange of claims for warrants. <br /> <br />Section 5.
