That the City of San Marcos, Texas, has received <br />full value and consideration for said Warrants Numbers 110 to 151, <br /> <br />inclusi ve. <br /> <br />Section 4. That the excess of $287.82, as shown by said claims, <br />shall be carried forward to the next exchange of claims for warrants. <br /> <br />Section 5.
