<br />I <br /> <br />Section 3. That the City of San Marcos, Texas, has received <br />full value and consideration for said Warrants Numbers 152 to 187, <br /> <br />inclusive. <br /> <br />Section 4. That the excess of $676.79, as shown by said claims, <br />shall be carried forward to the next exchange of claims for warrants. <br /> <br />Section 5.
