EMMIE CRADDOCK <br />CAESAR DAMON <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WILLIAM C. POOL <br />LUCIANO FLORES <br />HERMAN KORFF <br />MARK WHITTENBERG <br /> <br />Councilmen <br /> <br />DOROTHY O. WORRELL, <br /> <br />City Secretary <br /> <br />and the following absent: none <br />constituting a quorum, at which time the following, among other pro- <br />ceedings had, were the following: <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Poo I <br /> <br />introduced a proposed <br /> <br />ordinance. The ordinance was read in full. <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Poo I <br /> <br />moved that the rule requiring <br /> <br />ordinances to be read at more than one meeting of the City Council <br /> <br />be suspended. The motion was seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Korff <br /> <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Craddock, Damon, Pool, Flores, Serur, <br />Whittenberg and Korff; <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />NOES: NONE . <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Pool <br /> <br />moved that the ordinance be <br /> <br />passed finally.
