<br />NOTICE OF INTENTION TO ISSUE REFUNDING <br />BONDS <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />In compliance with the provisions of Chapter 163, Acts of the <br />Regular Session of the Forty-second Legislature, 1931, as amended, <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the City Council <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />of the City of San Marcos, Texas, to pass an ordinance on the ~ <br />*!Hi8?, <br />day of January, 1968 , ~~, authorizing the issuance of CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS REFUNDING BONDS, in the maximum amount of $200,000,00, <br />for the purpose of canceling, refunding and in lieu of a like amount <br />of City of San Marcos General Purpose Warrants, Series 1967, dated <br />April 1, 1967; said refunding bonds to bear interest at a rate not <br />to exceed four and one-half (4-1/2%) per cent per annum, and the <br />maximum maturity date of said bonds to be not later than fifteen <br />(15) years from their date. <br />THIS NOTICE is given in pursuance of an ordinance passed by <br />the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, on the 5th <br /> <br />day of December <br /> <br />, 1967. <br /> <br />~ ,.- <br />Lr::::L; /~- <br />MAYOR, CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />L,_ <br />
