Whittenberg <br /> <br />Visitors: <br /> <br />Mrs. Mary Etheredge, Mrs. Jerri Veidt, <br />Galen Wellnicki and Bradley Moody <br /> <br />The Mayor called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. <br />He announced that the Texas Quality Water Board had granted the <br />City of San Marcos a permit for the sewage disposal plant on the <br />lower San Marcos River, and that purchase of the site was in order. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The City Attorney said the final price negotiated with M~. and <br />Mrs. Frank Sharp for the plant site was $26,250.00. <br /> <br />Dr. Pool moved that the check for $26,250.00 be issued to Mr. <br />and Mrs. Sharp, and that the Mayor and the City Secretary be <br />authorized to execute the necessary papers for the purchase. <br />Dr. Craddock seconded the motion.
