<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Caesar A. Damon is rounding out three years of <br /> <br />serv i ce to his commu n i ty as a Member of the City Counc i I; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, during his tenure, experience and foresight were <br /> <br />required for important decisions; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Caesar Damon held those qual ities in readiness at <br /> <br />al I times, for the best interest of the City as a whole: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the <br /> <br />City of San Marcos that Caesar A.
