<br />The Mayor called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. and introduced
<br />a Resolution accepting the Grant Agreement. Dr. Craddock moved
<br />adoption of the Resolution as introduced and read. Mr. Zavesky
<br />seconded the motion and on roll call, the following vote was recorded:
<br />
<br />AYE: Craddock, Dannelley, Flores, Pool, Serur, Smith, Zavesky
<br />NAY: None
<br />
<br />The Mayor declared the Resolution Passed and Approved as read.
<br />
<br />The Mayor introduced a Resolution accepting the loan offer.
<br />Dr. Craddoc~ moved adoption of the Resolution as introduced and
<br />read. Mr. Dannelley seconded the motion and on roll call, the
<br />following vote wss recorded:
<br />
<br />AYE: Craddock, Dannelley, Flores, Pool, 5erur, Smith, Zavesky
<br />NAY: None
<br />
<br />The Mayor declared the Resolution Passed and Approved as read.
<br />
<br />The City Manager discussed with the Council the possibility that
<br />it might become necessary to hire someone on a part-time basis to
<br />acquire right-of-way required by implementation of the City's
<br />scheduled projects.
<br />
