P. Ellis Addition #2, Lot 6 & <br />7, located on Smith Lane from "R-l" (single-family residential) to <br />"D" (multi-family). <br /> <br />A Public Hearing was held on June 4, 1968, in accordance with the <br />Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
