Dannelley <br />Luciano H. Flores <br />Jerry Zavesky <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />City Manager <br />City Secretary <br /> <br />Richard G. Bean <br />Dorothy O. Worrell <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Councilmen: <br /> <br />Emmie Craddock, Ph.D. <br />Hollis W. Smith <br />William C. Pool, Ph.D. <br /> <br />Visitors: <br /> <br />James R. Cole, Joe Koresche, Jack Major, <br />Jerri Veidt, Ted Breihan and some twenty- <br />five representatives of bidding firms; <br /> <br />Frank Buie, Department of Housing and <br />Urban Development representative <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Mayor called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. He announced <br />the purpose of the meeting as the public opening of bids on the <br />Waste Water Treatment Plant to be constructed by the City of <br />San Marcos. Mr. Serur introduced James ~. Cole and Joe Kroesche <br />of Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc., the City's engineers, and <br />asked Mr. Cole to open the bids.
