P. Emery at their regular meeting on September 17, 1968. The <br />plat was studied by the Commission. It was noted that a portion of the Emery <br />property would be required for widening the Old San Marcos-Wimberley County <br />Road leading to Tanglewood. On suggestion of Dr. Bill Hinton, it was agreed <br />upon to recommend to the City Council that before the petition for annexation <br />was accepted, the right-of-way be secured from Dr. Emery.
