The motion was seconded by ;\IdenRlul/CsmmisfliQllor' <br /> <br />Councilman Dannelley <br />, <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />and the motion carrying with it the adoption of the resolution and order prevailed by the following vote, <br />Craddock, Dannelley, Flores, Pool, Serur, Smith, Zavesky <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />The resolution and order are as follows: <br /> <br />Whereas the laws of the State of Texas provide that the next ensuing first Tuesday in April, there shall <br /> <br />be elected the following officials for this city: COUNC I LMEN FOR PLACES FOUR {1 FIVE, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(Number of) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Whereas the laws of the State of Texas further provide that the Election Code of the State of Texas is <br /> <br />applicable to said election, and in order to comply with said Code, an order should be passed establishing <br /> <br />the procedure to be followed in said election, and designating the voting place for said election. <br />
