<br />I <br /> <br />a certain tract of land, desires the extension thereof, he shall make <br /> <br /> <br />application for such extension a minimum of thirty (30) days prior <br /> <br /> <br />to the expiration date of the original permit. An application for an <br /> <br /> <br />extension of a permit shall be processed in the same manner as appli- <br /> <br />cations for original permits. <br /> <br />4. For each public hearing held in connection with any original <br /> <br />or extension permit application, a fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) <br /> <br />sha J I be pa i d by the app I i cant to the City of San Marcos toward the <br /> <br />discharge of the expenses of such hearing. <br /> <br />5. Upon the giving of notice of opposition by the owner or owners <br /> <br />of property within 200 feet of the proposed location of the trai ler <br /> <br />house, the owner of the trai ler house, or the owner of the land upon <br /> <br />which same is located, or both, shall remove said trailer house within <br /> <br /> <br />sixty (60) days of his or their receipt of such notice. Fai lure to re- <br /> <br /> <br />move the trai ler house following receipt of such notice shall constitute <br /> <br /> <br />a violation of this ordinance. <br /> <br />6. A permit to locate a trai ler house may be revoked by majority <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />action of the City Counci I of the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />Following any <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />such revocation, the owner of the trailer house, or the owner of the <br /> <br />land upon which same is located, or both, shall remove said trai ler house <br /> <br />within sixty (60) days of his or their receipt of such notice. Fai lure <br /> <br />to remove the trailer house fol lowing receipt of such notice shall con- <br /> <br />stitute a violation of this ordinance. <br /> <br />7. Any permit issued under the terms of this ordinance shal I not <br /> <br />be transferable to any person or persons. <br /> <br />8. In the event that there are restrictions of record in the office <br /> <br />of the County Clerk of Hays County, Texas, which prohibit the location <br /> <br />of a tral Jer house upon the land where the applicant desires to place <br /> <br />same, no permit shall be issued. <br /> <br />9. All applications for the temporary location of a house trailer <br /> <br />-3- <br />
