The Commission voted
unanimously to recommend to the City Council that the Lutheran Church land be
annexed, provided that the petitioner deed sufficient land to widen Holland
Street, since the north half of Holland Street is out of the City Limits.
Our engineers will determine how much land should be deeded. The Commission
also recommends that all of that portion of Holland Street, from LBJ Drive
to Academy Street, not presently in the City Limits, be annexed at the same time.

Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Please advise me should you need
additional information.

(~y~cerelY yours,

&

JEYjr. /vw

: I
