<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />May 10, 1969 <br /> <br />City Manager <br />City of San Marcos <br />San Marcos, Texas 78666 <br /> <br />Dear Sir: <br /> <br />Re; , That 2.3 acres of land, mora or less being tract *1 allotted <br />to Grover Cleveland Crews by deed of partition of date <br />August 21, 1940, recorded in Volume 121, pages 286-292, <br />Hays County Deed of Records same and except 0.079 acres, <br />more or less, conveyed to the State of Texas by the Heirs of <br />Grover Cleveland Crews by deed dated January 4, 1965, <br />recorded in Volume 204, pages 223-224, Hays County Deed <br />of Records (tract parallel to Thorp Lane being approximately <br />44 feet wide and for a length of approximately 2000 feet). <br /> <br />I, Ted Breihan, contractual owner of subject tract, propose the following <br />to the City of San Marcos.
