A Public Hearing was held on Mrs. C. M. Peterson's request for a trailer per- <br />mit on part of Lot 1, Riverview Estates, located on Riviera Street. A petition <br />was presented in opposition of granting this permit. Five names were affixed to <br />the petition. The Trailer Ordinance states that if one property owner within 200 <br />feet objects to the request, the request will automatically be denied. <br /> <br />B. A request for a change of zoning was received from Herbert Karren of San Marcos <br />Properties on 1.400 acres of land and 1.499 acres of land out of the T. J. Chambers <br />Survey, located on Lamar Street, from "R-l" (single-family residential) to "D" (multi- <br />family).
