<br />A part of Parcel No. Six (6) of the Veramendi Place Addition to the <br />City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, map or plat of said addition <br />being of record in Volume 87, page 226, Hays County Deed Records, a <br />portion of that real property conveyed in deed from William Wood <br />Harrison to Margaret Nichalson Harrison, dated the 20th day of May, <br />1964, and recorded in Volume 200, page 611, Hays County Deed Records, <br />the centerline of said perpetual easement being described by metes <br />and bounds as follows: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a point located in the Southeast line of said Parcel No. <br />Six (6), same being the Northwest line of a tract of land owned by <br />Dorothy D. Gulley, said point bearing S. 450 00' W. 50 feet from the <br />East corner of said Parcel No. Six (6); <br /> <br />THENCE N. 700 30' W. for 65 feet to a point for angle to the right; <br /> <br />THENCE, N. 60 44' W. for 121 feet to a point for the terminus of said <br />center line, such point being located in the Southwest right-of-way <br />line of Veramendi Street, said point bearing S. 460 18' E. approxi- <br />mately 123 feet from the North corner of said Parcel No. Six (6), <br />said perpetual easement lying five (5) feet on each side of said <br />center line above-described and containing approximately 1,860 square <br />feet of land area. <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED, ADOPTED AND EFFECTIVE this the 1st day of <br /> <br />July <br /> <br />, A.
