P. <br />Ellis to" Alejo Zolasar, by deed dated September 7, <br />1949, and duly recorded in Volume 144, page 547, of <br />the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, the center <br />line of said perpetual easement being described by <br />metes and bounds as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a point located in the common line <br />between the J. P. Ellis Addition and the Weatherford <br />Subdivision No.2 Addition, said point bearing N 450 <br />56' W 27 feet from the East corner of said Lot 20, <br />and the North corner of Lot 19 of said J. P. Ellis <br />Addition; <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />THENCE, S 660 26' W, at approximately 64 feet <br />cross the common line between said Lots 20 and 21, <br />and in all total distance of 124 feet to a point for <br />terminus of said center line located in the East <br />right-of-way line of Alex Street, which point bears <br />S 450 56' E 26 feet from the West corner of said Lot <br />21, and containing approximately 1240 square feet of <br />land area. <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED, ADOPTED AND EFFECTIVE this the <br /> <br />23rd <br /> <br />day of June, A.
