<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br />has determined that an exchange of certain real properties, here- <br />inafter described, with the United States of America, would be in <br />the best interest of both parties; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />1. That the United States of America be requested to convey <br />to the City of San Marcos those 22.35 and 1.25 acre tracts of land, <br />described by metes and bounds in the attachments hereto labeled <br />Exhibits "B" and "C", in exchange for the conveyance by the City of <br />San Marcos to the United States of America of that 23.92 acre tract <br /> <br />of land described by metes and bounds in that attachment hereto <br />labeled Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />2. That the present mayor of the City of San Marcos, namely, <br />Ellis Serur, be and he hereby is authorized to accept delivery of <br />all formal instruments of transfer and to agree that the City of <br />San Marcos shall be bound by all the terms, reservations, restric- <br />tions and conditions of transfer set forth in that APPLICATION FOR <br /> <br />AIRPORT PROPERTY executed by the City of San Marcos, addressed to <br />the General Services Administration of the United States of America, <br />and executed as of the date hereof. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED this the 141(1 day of July, 1969. <br /> <br />~~ 4z~D/~ <br /> <br />-- E is Serur; Mayor of the City <br />of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
