<br />12. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2004- 41 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AWARDING A CONTRACT TO DU-MOR ENTERPRISES, INC. <br />FOR THE McCARTY LANE WASTEWATER INTERCEPTOR PROJECT; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT <br />DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS <br /> <br />PART 1. The award of a construction contract to Du-Mor Enterprises, Inc. for <br />the McCarty Lane Wastewater Interceptor Project in the amount of $356,544.00 is <br />approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Dan O'Leary, is authorized to execute the contract <br />documents on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
