Traffic stops have fallen off 5.5 %. Custody arrests have decreased 1.7 %. Juvenile detentions have increase 11.1 %. Loud noise complaints have decrease 18.7 %. Steve Parker, Director of Finance, reported that our April sales tax showed a 4.39% increase over the previous year. We are down 1.79 %, or about 179,000.
