HARDEMAN BY PINKIE LEE DOWELL BY DEED DATED MARCH 2, 1978, AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 307, PAGE 129~ HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT: BEGINNING, at an iron stake found at a corner fence post. at ·the South corner of the said Lot M, same being a common corner of Lots N, 0 and V, of the said Block 4 for the South corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, leaving the said Lots Nand 0 with fence the Northeast line of the said Lot P the Southwest line of the said Lot M, N44042'W, 83.44 feet to an iron stake set under fence for the West ~orner of the tract herein described; THENCE, leaving fence and the said Lot P, N45000'E,74.65 feet to an. iron stake set on the Southwest line of that tract of land retained by the City of San Marcos as described in Exhibit A of the said Hardeman deed, recorded in Volume 307, Page 129, lIays County Deed Records, for the North corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, with the Southwest line of the said City of San Marcos tract, S44042'E, 83.44 feet to an iron stake set at the South corner of the said City of San Marcos tract, same being' on the Northwest line of the aforementioned Lot N, the Southeast line of the said Lot M, for the East corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, leaving the said City of San Marcos tract, with the Northwest line of the said Lot N, the Southeast line of the said Lot M, S4So00'W, 74.65 feet .to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing 0.14 acre of land.
