15. No consent, approval, authorization or other action by any <br />governmental or regulatory authority having jurisdiction over the Cor- <br />poration that has not been obtained is or will be required for the <br />issuance and sale of the Bonds. <br /> <br /> 16. We have caused the Bonds sold to the Underwriter, in the form, <br />denominations, dated, numbered and bearing interest at the rates and <br />maturing as described in Exhibit F~I attached hereto, and the attached <br />coupons, to be executed with our facsimile signatures and a facsimile of <br />the official seal of the Corporation, an impression of which is also <br />made hereon, to be reproduced on each of such Bonds; and we have caused <br />the single Bond sold to Wachovia Bank and Trust Company, N.Ao, in the <br />denomination, dated, numbered and bearing interest at the rate and <br />maturing as described in Exhibit F-2 attached hereto, to be executed by <br />our respective signatures and an impress of the official seal of the <br />Corporation to be placed on such Bond. <br /> <br /> 17.
