Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, the Special Meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Susan Narvaiz at 11:07 a.m. on Friday, April 2, 2010 in the Embassy Suites, Rocky <br />River Grill Private Dining Room, 1001 E. McCarty Lane, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. Executive Session <br />In accordance with the Texas Government Code, Section 551.074 — Personnel Matters, the San <br />Marcos City Council convened into Executive Session at 11:08 p.m. on Friday, April 2, 2010 in <br />order to continue discussing matters pertaining to: <br />A. Deliberate the evaluation of a public officer or employee; to wit: City Manager. <br />B. Deliberation on the duties and responsibilities of a public officer; to wit: Council <br />members <br />The Executive Session adjourned at 12:33 p.m. on Friday, April 2, 2010. <br />The San Marcos City Council reconvened into special session at 12:33 p.m. on Friday, April 2, <br />is 2010. No action was required from Executive Session. <br />
