provision of this Lease is invalid under present or future laws, the remainder of this Lease shall not <br />be affected. <br />34.2. Mortgage Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in this paragraph, there are no special <br />lease provisions which are required by lienholders of the Development, other than the provisions <br />already set forth in this Lease. <br />35.1. Lessee Signature Requirements. Lessee is a Texas municipal corporation. <br />36.1 Governmental Liability. All provisions in this Lease creating a duty for Lessee to <br />indemnify, hold harmless or defend or subjecting Lessee to any penalty, liability, fee, charge, fine, <br />cost or damages are hereby limited to the extent permitted by law and subject to any limitations on <br />liability or immunity granted to Lessee under applicable laws. <br />37.1. Exhibit List. The exhibits attached to this Lease are listed below. All exhibits are a part <br />of this Lease except for those which have been lined out. <br />Exhibit A Floor Plan of Lessee's Office Space (Paragraph 1. 1.) <br />Exhibit C Building Rules and Regulations (Paragraph 23. 1.) <br />Exhibit D Special Conditions <br />38.1. Effective Date of Lease. The effective date of this Lease is the date on which the Lease <br />has been signed by all parties, including guarantors (if any) and leasing agents (if any). <br />39.1. Signatures and Initials. The names and signatures of all parties are shown below, and <br />all persons signing have been duly authorized to sign. Each page of the Lease and exhibits should be <br />initialed by Lessor and by one person on behalf of Lessee(s). The Lease consists of 15 numbered <br />pages, plus the exhibits which are listed in Paragraph 37.1.
