<br />I <br /> <br />Section 5. <br /> <br />The parties hereto agree that this amendment shall becom'~ <br />effective this fifteenth day of January, 1979. <br /> <br />Section 6. <br /> <br />The parties hereto contract and agree that all the terms of <br />the above named contract shall remain in effect and shall continue <br />to govern except to the extent that they shall conflict with this <br />amendment.
