~--:. SECTION 3. That the sale by the City of San Marcos is made subject to restrictions of the Redevelopment Plan for the Tex. A-6, Neighborhood Development Program, as approved and amended, said plan is on file and is available for inspection in the Office of the Director of Community Development of the City of San Marcos. SECTION 4. That the conditions of the disposition documents, including the Deed and Contract for Sale for Private Redevelopment, are on file and are available for inspection in the Office of the Director of Community Development of the City of San Marcos. I SECTION 5. That the purchaser is hereby placed on notice that the subject property is subject to assessment under the provisions of Article 1105b of the Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas. SECTION 6. That the Mayor of the City of San Marcos, Texas, is hereby authorized to execute a warranty deed to Lewis Gilcrease, Trustee for Balcones Savings Association from the City of San Marcos, for all that real property known as Lot Lot 6 and a portion of Lots 2, 3, 7 and 8 and an abandoned alley, all in Block 21 of the Original Town of San Marcos (further described by metes and bounds in attached Exhibit A) , also known as Urban Renewal Parcel No.1-I, located within the Tex.
