E. Logan and wife, Florence Logan to the Game, Fish and Oyster Commission of the State of Texas by deed datedJune 24, 1946 and recordedin Volume 135 Pages 413 - 416 of the Hays County Deed Records, from which point the most easterly cocner of that 10 acre tract conveyed by Horace and Emma Cape to Benito Cruz by deed dated April 24, 1946 and recorded in Volume 134 Pages 450 - 451 of the Hays County Deed Records bears S45000W 60.01 feet; i 1 11 THENCE with the common line of the Cape tract and the Game Commission tract N45000E 300 feet to a point for the east corner; THENCE leaving the common line of the Game Commission tract N45039W 20.0 feet to a point for the north corner; THENCE 20 feet from and parallel to the common line of the Game commission and the Cape tract S45000W 300 feet to a point for the west corner; P0 THENCE S45039E 20.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
