FIELD NOTE DESCRIPTION OF 12.494.96 SQUARE FEET OF LAND, OUT OF LOTS 16 AND 17 OF THE HILLVIE~'l ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS AS RECORDED IN VOL. 112 PAGE 59 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS. THESE FIELD NOTES DESCRIBING THE PORTIONS OF LOTS 16 AND 17 NOT INCLUDED IN THE STATE OF TEXAS R.O. Iv. ACQUISITION OF APRIL 24, 1935 AND RECORDED IN VOL. 109 PAGE 340 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDSI\ND IS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY !1ETES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOHS: COMMENCING at an iron pin found lying on the northeast R.O.W. line of Eastwood Street and marking the westerly most corner of Lot 41 of the said Millview Addition, same being the south- erly most corner of Lot 34 of the said Millview Addition; THENCE S 450~ a distance of 40 feet to a point on the southwest R.O.lv. line of Eastwood Street and being the northerly most corner of Lot 43 of the said Millview Addition: ' THENCE N 450E a distance of 117.23 feet along the south- west R.O.W. line of Eastwood Street to a point for the PLACE OF BEGINNI'iG and also being the northerly most corner of herein described tract of land. This point also being the northerly most corner of the portion of Lot 17 not included in the said State of Texas R.O.W. acquisition and also being the most easterly corner of Lot 18 of the Millview Addition, THENCE S 450W a distance of 142.11 feet to a point for the most westerly corner of herein described tract of land. This point also being the southerly most corner of Lot 18 of the said Millview Addition, and the northerly most corner of the portion of Lot 10 of the said Millview Addition not in- 'cluded in the said State R.O.W. acquisition,and lying north of the north R.O.lv. line of U. S. Highway no. 81; THENCE S 450E a distance of 24.88 feet to a point on the north R.O.W. line of U. S. Highway no. 81 and being the southerly most corner of herein described tract of land. This point being the easterly most corner of the portion of Lot 10 not included in the said State of Texas R.O.W. acquisition and lying north of the north R.O.W. line of U. S. Highway no. 81; THENCE N 860 13'E a distance of 189.98 feet, along the north R.O.W. line of U. S. Highway no. 81, to a point for the easterly most corner of herein described tract of land. This point also being the intersection of the southwest R.O.W. line of Eastwood Street and the north R.O.W. line of U. S. Highway no. 81. This point also being the easterly most corner of the portion of Lot 16 not included in the said State of Texas R.O.H. acquisition; THENCE N 450W a distance of 150.97 feet along the southwest R.O.W, line of Eastwood Street to the PLACE OF BEGINNING con- tinuing 12,494.96 square feet of land, more or less.
