FIELD NOTE DESCRIPTION OF A SURVEY OF 33.345 ACRES OF LAND, <.: MORE OR LESS, IN THE T.J. CHAMBERS SURVEY, BEING A PORTION ET AL, TO MARIANA LUCIO,ETAL, BY DEED DATED JULY 14, 1955 W f--4 -....1 OF TRACT TWO AND TRACT FIVE AS CONVEYED FROM GUADALUPE LUCIO, AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 165 PAGE 167 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED. BY; METES A'ND (-) ~ C BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING at an iron pipe found for the most northerly corner of this tract, the easterly north corner of the above mentioned Tract Five, the west corner of the ten acre tract conveyed by John J. Biggs to Charles Welge by deed dated June 30, 1926 and recorded in Volume 91 Page 582 of the Hays County Deed Records and being a point in the southeast line of a 100 acre tract conveyed by Mrs. Addie Walker, et aI, to Charles Laidley by deed dated February 6, 1939 and recorded in Volume 110 Page 639 of the Hays County Deed Records; I THENCE with a northeast line of this tract, and the common line of Tract Five and the Welge 10 acre tract as fenced and used upon the ground the fOllowing three calls: I. S44036'E 503.81 feet to an iron rod set in fence line, 2. S45012'E 445.65 feet to an iron rod set in the fence line at a 10 inch elm marked "X", 3. S42059'E 116.61 feet to an iron rod found at a corner fence post 'for an interior corner of th1s tract, the south corner of the Welge tract, the east corner of Tract Five and on the northwest line of the above'~entioned Tract Two; II THENCE with a northwest line of this tract and the common line of Tract-Two and the Welge tract as fenced and used upon the ground the following six calls: I. N47057'E 65.29 feet to an iron rod set at a 14 inch oak, II. 2. N41038'E 30.7~ feet to an iron rod set at a 20 inch oak, 3. N5lo52'E 58.23 feet to an iron rod set at a double elm, 4. N45029'E 50.93 feet to an iron rod set at a 10 inch elm, 5. N430l0'E 101.73 feet to an iron rod set in the fence line at the beginning of a stone wall, 6. N49013'E 94.46 feet with said stone wall to an iron rod set at a corner post in the centerline of a corner of the rock wall for the most easterly north corner of this tract, the north corner of Tract Two, the east corner of the Welge tract, and on the southwest line of a 1.87 acre tract conveyed by Clyde O. Williamson to Jack C. Acrey by deed dated April 26, 1958 and recorded in Volume 174 Page 58 of the Hays County Deed Records; THENCE continuing with a northeast line of this tract and Tract Two and with the line of a fence the following five calls: 1. S46054'E 143.98 feet to an iron rod set at a 8 inch oak, pass at 44.56 feet a 8 inch oak at a fence corner for the south corner of the Acrey 1.87 tract and the west corner of a 3.01 acre tract conveyed by Floyd Lackey to Alton Hill by deed dated August 12, 1961 a~d recorded in Volume 187 Page 464 of the Hays County Deed Records, "EXHIBIT An Page 1
