VERAMENDI <br /> <br />SURVEY NUMBER 1, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A PORTION OF <br /> <br />THAT PROPERTY CONVEYED IN SIX TRACTS BY GUADALUPE LUCIO, <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />ET AL TO MARIANA LUCIO, ET AL BY D~ED DATED JULY 14, 1955 <br />AND RECORDED IN.~OLUME 165 PAGE 167 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED <br />RECORDS, AND THAT 0.93 ACRE TRACT CONVEYED BY WILLIE R. HgNK, <br /> <br />CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE WESTOVER COMMON <br /> <br />SCHOOL DISTRICT NUMBER 3, TO MRS. GUADALUPE LUCIO BY DEED <br /> <br />DATED JANUARY 18, 1936 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 110 PAGE 594 <br /> <br />OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY <br /> <br />BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a point in the northeast line of this tract and <br />in the northwest line of Blevin Street, being a salient <br />east corner of the Lucio Tract 3 in the aforementioned <br />deed, also being the north corner of the Lucio 0.93 acre tract; <br /> <br />THENCE as shown on plat number 593-l-a revised for George Dimmick <br />9-25-78 by James E.
