M. <br />Veramendi League #2, located on Cheatham Street, from "P" (Public) <br />to "C" (Commercial). <br /> <br />7 . <br /> <br />Consider ordinances on third and final reading as follows: <br /> <br />A. An ordinance amending the General Zoning Ordinance by changing <br />the zoning of 33.345 acres in T. J. Chambers Survey, from <br />"R-l" (Single Family Residential) to "D" (Multifamily). <br /> <br />B. An ordinance amending the General Zoning Ordinance by deleting <br />the definition for a "trailer house", <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />Consider a resolution authorizing final payment on the Community <br />Development Downtown Revitalization Project. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />Consider an ordinance authorizing the placement of a traffic signal <br />light on University Drive and declaring an emergency. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Consider a resolution authorizing the City to give notice of its <br />intention to issue certificates of obligation for airport improve- <br />ments at San Marcos Municipal Airport. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />Consider City sales tax on residential gas and electric utility. <br /> <br />Consider authorization to advertise for bids for a drilling machine. <br /> <br />Consider authorization to employ consultant engineers for the <br />Roosevelt, Patton and Center Street and drainage projects. <br /> <br />14.
