<br />Section 2. That said Certificates of Obligation shall be <br /> <br /> <br />dated May 1, 1979, shall be in the denomination of $1,000 each, <br /> <br />shall be numbered consecutively from 1 upward, and shall mature <br /> <br />serially on January 1 in each of the years and in the amounts, <br /> <br />respectively, as set forth in the following schedule: <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />YEARS AMOUNTS <br />1980 $ 5,000 <br />1981 6,000 <br />1982 7,000 <br />1983 7,000 <br />1984 8,000 <br />1985 8,000 <br />1986 9,000 <br />1987 9,000 <br />1988 10,000 <br />1989 11,000 <br /> <br />Section 3. That said Certificates of Obligation shall <br /> <br />bear interest from their date until maturity at the following rate <br />or rates per annum: all of said Certificates of Obligation shall <br /> <br />bear interest at the rate of 6.25% per annum. Said interest shall <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />be evidenced by interest coupons which shall appertain to said <br />Certificates of Obligation, and which shall be payable on the dates <br />stated in the Form of Certificate of Obligation set forth in this <br /> <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 4. That said Certificates of Obligation and <br /> <br />interest coupons appertaining thereto shall be payable, may be re- <br />deemed prior to their scheduled maturities, shall have the character- <br /> <br />istics, and shall be signed and executed, and said Certificates of <br />Obligation shall be sealed, all as provided in the manner indicated <br />in the Form of Certificate of Obligation set forth in this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 5. That the form of said Certificates of Obligation, <br />including the form of registration certificate of the Comptroller of <br />Public Accounts of the State of Texas to be printed and endorsed <br />on each of said Certificates of Obligation, and the form of the <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />aforesaid interest coupons which shall appertain to and be attached <br /> <br />initially to each of said Certificates of Obligation, shall be, <br /> <br />respectively, as follows: <br />
