He stated he has helped <br />with the Southside Community Center for thirteen years. He stated he <br />feels affordable housing is needed in San Marcos and help is needed in the <br />Dunbar neighborhood. 2) Jon Engel stated he wished to speak regarding <br />item 11, a public hearing regarding 2004 Community Development Block <br />Grant.
