I I I no RESOLUTION NO. 1979-37-R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF THE COMPLETION OF THE MENTAL HEALTH-MENTAL RETARDATION SERVICE FACILITY CONSTRUCTED IN SAID CITY; AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SAME; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, has contracted with Lamar Constructors for the construction of a mental health-mental retardation service facility located at the corner of Bishop and Earle Streets in said City;aand, WHEREAS, the construction of said facility was completed on May 1, 1979. WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has inspected this facility and determined that the contractual provisions for construction of said facility had been met; and, WHEREAS, Lamar Constructors requests final payment for completion of the mental health-mental retardation facility; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART 1: That the work performed by Lamar Constructors in constructing the mental health-mental retardation service facility in San Marcos, Texas, be, and is hereby, accepted as being complete pursuant to the terms of the contract for said construction. PART 2. That the City of San Marcos is hereby authorized to make the final payment to Lamar Constructors for said construction in the amount of Twelve Thousand, Ten Dollars ($12,010) . PART 3.
