<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1979-45-R <br /> <br />152 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A LEASE <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID CITY AND SMITH OIL <br />DISTRIBUTING COMPANY FOR LEASE OF UNDERGROUND <br />STORAGE TANKS LOCATED AT THE SAN MARCOS <br />MUNICIPAL AIRPORT; AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br />TO EXECUTE SAID LEASE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Smith Oil Distributing Company wishes to lease <br />underground storage tanks located at the San Marcos Municipal <br />Airport; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said underground storage tanks are currently in <br />poor condition; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Smith oil Distributing Company will under the terms <br />of the lease agreement renovate said underground storage tanks; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the lease agreement between said City and Smith <br />Oil Distributing Company for use of underground storage tanks <br />located at San Marcos Municipal Airport, ,a copy of said lease <br />being attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and <br />purposes, be, and is hereby, in all things approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the Mayor of said City, John A. Hansen, or his <br />successor, be and is hereby, authorized to execute said lease <br />agreement on behalf of said City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
