<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />That part of Farm Lot No. Fifteen (15) in the Original Town <br />of San Marcos, according to the plot of said town recorded in <br />Volume 46, Page 448, Hays County Deed Records, described by metes <br />and bounds as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the most eastern corner of that property heretofore <br />described in and conveyed by a deed, dated December 27, 1924, now <br />of record in Volume 91, Page 587, Hays County Deed Records, wherein <br />Mrs. E. P. Brown was grantor and W. D. Talmadge was grantee; <br /> <br />THENCE in a Southeasterly directi6n).aalong the most Southwestern <br />line of an alley, 162.77 feet, more or less, to a point, which <br />point is the most western corner of the intersection of the most <br />Southwestern line of the said alley and the most Northwestern line <br />of Belvin Street. <br /> <br />THENCE in a Southwesterly direction, along the most Northwestern <br />line of said Belvin Street, 150 feet, more or less, to the most <br />Northeastern line of an alley, the same being the most southern <br />corner of that property, heretofore described in and conveyed by <br />a deed, dated December 7, 1882, wherein S. B. McBride, et UX., were <br />grantors and O. T. Brown was grantee; <br /> <br />THENCE in a Northwesterly direction, along the most Northeastern <br />line of an alley, 162.77 feet, more or less, to a point, which <br />point is the most Southern corner of said property heretofore <br />described in and conveyed by the said deed from Mrs. E. P. Brown <br />to W. D. Talmadge; <br /> <br />THENCE in a Northeasterly direction, along the most Southeastern <br />line of the said property heretofore described in and conveyed <br />by the said deed from Mrs. E. P. Brown to W. D. Talmadge, 150 feet <br />more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING, and being that identical <br />real property heretofore described in and conveyed by a deed dated <br />March 15, 1967, now of record in Volume 216, Page 359, Hays County <br />Deed Records, wherein Charlette Barkley Ferguson, et vir, were <br />grantors and Dorothy D. Gulley was grantee. <br /> <br />The real property hereto conveyed is the identical real property <br />described in that deed from Clifton L. Gulley to Dorothy D. Gulley <br />dated the 19th day of May, 1969, and recorded in Volume 230, <br />Page 461, Hays County Deed Records. <br />
