<br />1 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />SECTION 7. That a new Section 3-46, with the same <br />title be, and is hereby, substituted for said repealed <br />section, to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 3-46. Fees. <br /> <br />There shall be charged a pound fee of five <br />dollars ($5.00) for every dog, and five <br />dollars ($5.00) for every cow, horse, jack, <br />jennet, sheep, goat or like animal impounded <br />under the provision of this article; and an <br />additional fee based on the existing kennel <br />fee charged in this area for each day or <br />fraction thereof that any dog remains in <br />such pound; and two dollars ($2.00) per day <br />or, fraction thereof that any cow, horse, <br />jack, jennet, sheep, goat or like animal <br />remains in such pound. <br /> <br />SECTION 8.
