<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Page #3 <br /> <br />between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on <br />each day for absentee voting which is not a <br />Saturday, a Sunday or an official State holiday, <br />beginning on the 20th day and continuing through <br />the 4th day preceding the date of said election. <br />The above described place of absentee voting is <br />also the absentee voting clerk's mailing address <br />to which ballot application and ballots voted by <br />mail may be sent. <br /> <br />Part 6. <br /> <br />That said election shall be held in accordance with <br />the Election Code of this state. <br /> <br />Part 7. <br /> <br />That the Mayor shall give notice of this election <br />in accordance with the terms and provisions of <br />Articles 4.05 and 2ge of the Election Code and <br />the City Secretary is hereby instructed to have <br />notice posted and published in accordance with <br />said Articles 4.05 and 2ge. A copy of this Order <br />shall also serve as a Writ of Election which shall <br />be delivered to the appointed Presiding Judges for <br />said election. <br /> <br />Part 8. <br /> <br />That Alan Ventimiglia is hereby appointed Presiding <br />Judge of the Central Counting Station. That following <br />the closing of the polls, the Presiding Judges shall <br />deliver all voted ballots to the Central Counting <br />Station to be located at City Hall, 630 East Hopkins <br />in said City; said ballots to be placed in the <br />custody of the Presiding Judge of said Counting <br />Station for tabulation. <br /> <br />Part 9. <br /> <br />That immediately after the voted ballots are tabulated, <br />the Presiding Judge of the Central Counting Station <br />shall make returns of the result thereof to the <br />Mayor of the City as required by the Election Code <br />of this state. <br /> <br />Part 10. That it is found and determined that in accordance <br />with the order of this governing body, the Secretary <br />posted written notice of the date, place, and subject <br />of this meeting on the bulletin board located in <br />City Hall, a place convenient to the public, and <br />said notice having been so posted and remaining posted <br />continuously for at least three (3) days preceding <br />the date of this meeting.
