<br />SUBDIVISION OF RECORD IN VOLUME 34, PAGE 117, HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, AS
<br />CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS BY THE URBAN RENEWAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
<br />SAN MARCOS BY DEED DATED OCTOBER 28, 1976, AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 290, PAGE 94,
<br />HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND
<br />BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS, TOcWIT:

<br />BEGINNING at an iron stake found in concrete on the West line of McGehee Street
<br />for the Southeast corner of the tract herein described, same being the North-
<br />east corner of that 0.51 acre tract of land conveyed to James M. Harrison by
<br />the City of San Marcos, by deed dated August 24, 1978, and recorded in Volume 314,
<br />Page 855, Hays County Deed Records, and from which the intersection of the West
<br />line of the said McGehee Street, Ivith the relocated North line of Cheatham
<br />Street bears S 090 37' E, 140.00 feet;

<br />THENCE, leaving McGehee Street, with the North line of the said Harrison 0.51 acre
<br />tract, S 80. 42' W, 160.00 feet, to an iron stake found in concrete for the
<br />Southwest corner of the tract herein described, same being the Northwest corner
<br />of the said Harrison 0.51 acre tract, the Northeast corner of that 0.32 acre
<br />tract of land conveyed to St. John's Federal Credit Union of Hays County by
<br />The City of San Marcos by deed dated May 3, 1979, and recorded in Volume 325,
<br />Page 511, Hays County Deed Records, same also being on the record East line of
<br />Lot 3, Block 2, Katy Addition to the City of San Marcos;

<br />THEI~CE, leaving the said Harrison 0.51 acre tract and the said St. John's
<br />0.32 acre tract, with the record common line between the said Lots 3 and 6,
<br />N 090 37' W, 75.00 feet, to an iron stake set for the Northwest corner of the
<br />tract herein described, same bei~g the Northwest corner of the said Lot 6 and
<br />the Southwest corner of Lot 7, Block 2, of the said Katy Addition;

<br />THENCE, leaving the said Lot 3, with the record common line between the said
<br />Lots 6 and 7, N 800 42' E, 160.00 feet, to an iron stake set in the West line
<br />of the said McGehee Street, for the Northeast corner of the tract herein described
<br />same being the Northeast corner of the said Lot 6, the Southeast corner of the
<br />said Lot 7;
