80, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2004- 64 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF AN ANNUAL CONTRACT <br />WITH COLORADO MATERIALS, LTD. FOR THE PURCHASE OF HOT <br />MIX-HOT LAY ASPHALTIC CONCRETE; AUTHORIZING THE <br />PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE <br />DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THIS CONTRACT EXTENSION ON BEHALF <br />OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br /> 1. On April 28, 2003 the City Council of the City of San Marcos approved an <br />annual contract for the purchase of hot mix -hot lay asphaltic concrete (the "Contract") with <br />Colorado Materials, Ltd, <br /> <br />2. Both parties agree to extend the Contract for an additional year. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br /> PART 1. The extension of the Contract with Colorado Materials, Ltd. for the <br />purchase of hot mix-hot lay asphaltic concrete for an additional year is approved. <br /> <br /> PART 2.
