'", ~ , < Ex. ~i 'oi -t f-} '\ FIELD NOTE DESCRIPTION OF 6160 SQUARE FEET OF LAND IN THE WILLIAM PETTUS TWO LEAGUE GRANT, CALDWELL COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A PORTION OF THAT 11.050 ACRE TRACT CONVEYED BY THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA I TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS BY DEED DATED MAY 11, 1976 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 376, PAGE 257 OF THE CALDWELL COUNTY DEED RECORDS AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING at an iron rod for the east corner of said 11.050 acre City of San Marcos tract and a re-entrant corner of a 1303.055 acre tract conveyed by the United States of America to the City of San Marcos by deed dated February 3, 1970 and recorded in Volume 313, Page 463 of the Caldwell County Deed Records; THENCE with the common line of the said two City of San Marcos tracts N25026'W 180.00 feet to an 1/2" iron rod set for the east corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this tract; THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNING and entering the 11.050 acre tract S64034'W 71.00 feet to an 1/2" iron rod set for the south corner; THENCE parallel with said common line N25026'W 80.00 feet to an 1/2" iron rod set for the west corner of this tract; / THENCE N64034'E 77.00 feet to an 1/2" iron rod set for the nQrth corner of this tract on said common line; / I THENCE with said common line S25026'E 80.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
