FORSYTH, AND ROBERT CLEVER SURVEYS IN HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS AND BEING A PORTION OF THAT 393.66 ACRE TRACT CONVEYED BY ORIN A. HARRYMAN, ET UX, TO C.C. HUGHSON BY DEED DAT~DNOVEMBER 3, 1950 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME l48, PAGE l39 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING at a 1/8" threaded bolt found set in a stone under a fence on the northwest line of the Hughson 393.66 acre tract and being the north corner of Lot 16, Block D of the Hughson Heights Addition No. One as recorded in Volume 1, Page 129 of the Hays County Deed Records; THENCE with the fence for the northwest line of the Hughson 393.66. acre tract N44049'E 330.00 feet to a point for the north corner of this tract; THENCE entering the Hughson tract the following nine calls: 1. S52005'E 646.84 feet to a point, 2. S03053'E 59l.35 feet to a point, 3. N770l7'W 317.80 feet to a point, 4. N45000'W l55.56 feet to a point, 5. S20033'W 170.88 feet to a point, 6. S53008'W 200.00 feet to a point, 7. S66015'E 273.13 feet to a point, 8. S51043'E 242.07 feet to a point, and 9.
